Hey guys, Susie here again!
Today I'm back with a review of Etude House's Play Color Eyes Palette - in the Cafe ver.! This natural eye palette has 10 different colors, in both matte and shimmer shades, and retails for $26.40 USD as listed on their website.
Now I know that a lot of you guys live in the United States and are concerned about cheap, fast shipping. My number one tip is to look out for times when they have special deals like "Free Shipping for over $50", which they had for June 2016. Try to make an account on Etude House's website, load up your cart, and check the website every week or two to check for the deals.
Now back to the review!~
This palette doesn't advertise as much on their website, only saying "This is a 10 color eye shadow like coffee roasting [that] comes in various texture[s] for different expression[s] of the eyes for different occasions".
Yeah, I don't know what the coffee roasting part means either.
The product initially comes in a slim box, and once you remove it, the palette looks like this:

The packaging itself is very slim and compact, and the lid of the palette is closed tight and firm and assured not to swing freely, like some other palettes do. After you open the lid, you can see that there is a thin layer of plastic with cute pictures and the names of the products written in Korean, along with 2 sponge applicators.

From left to right, here are the names of the eyeshadows:
Honey Milk
Cafe Mocha
Chocolate Latte
Caramel Latte
Coconut on the Beach
Fall Into My Heart
Takeout without Syrup
Cafe Latte
Grapefruit Marmalade
Peach Pepper Salt
I happen to think that the shade "Fall Into My Heart" looks really similar to the Naked palette's "Half Baked". Heres a side by side comparison:

Compared to the Naked palette, however, I do think that this palette has less pigmentation, but it CAN be built up, especially if you're using something like the Mac Fix+ sprayed onto your brush, or simply packing on the product onto your lid- it doesn't get cakey easily, so this is possible.
This palette is probably good for beginners just starting out with makeup, or for people that are on a budget and want a one stop shop type of palette for their every day looks. If you're able to get this palette without the hefty shipping fee, I think this is definitely a steal! (However, if you have to pay a heavy fee, then I'd say opt for something else.) The shades blend well, and you can even create a smokier look using the darker brown colors.
Looking for more color options? Don't worry! Etude house offers the same palette in color options "Ice Van" and "Juice Bar", which are the same design of palette but have different fruitier color options :)
Until next time,
Susie~ ^_^
